How to use
Apply our 2K wrinkle primer white high heat before with one light coat and after 5 minutes one heavy coat. Now wait 20/30 minutes that dry.
One rule you must know: Heavy coat means that you must apply so much paint that it seems like a glass surface after every coat! Clear?
Not a normal heavy coat! a super heavy coat !
If you don't do this the effect will not correct, finally look the video if is not clear.
Now start to apply the wrinkle at room temperature:
Shake well or stir. Use a 1,3 gravity spray gun with a pressure between 1,5 and 2 bar.
Apply one light coat and wait 5 minutes
Apply one heavy coat and wait 15 minutes
Apply another heavy coat and wait 15 minutes
Apply the fourth heavy coat to have the real big wrinkle and wait 30 minutes
Now bake the wrinkle with:
1 Small oven for best results
2 Heat gun at 70° celtius but if the piece is big this choice will not the best because while you make the piece hot on the right on the left it will cold. Finally this system is good for small pieces or you must work in two on one piece.
3 Infrared system is really good if you can use the ray all over the piece. Remember that infrared ray has one direction and if the lamp is small it can't make all surface hot. We suggest to use it if the piece is small or if you have the arch with 2 or 3 lamps.
4 Another way could be the direct sunlight during the summer. This technic is not a real technic but someone say that it works very well, discover at your own risk!
